I was thoroughly impressed with the really good customer service from the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to. The variety in breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring freshly made waffles and hot items that started our day off right. The clean and modern facilities added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our visit.

During our stay, we enjoyed the delightful breakfasts which featured delicious options like scrambled eggs and waffles, perfect for fueling us up for a day of exploring the nearby attractions like the Holland America Bulb Farms. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained our room was, making our rest comfortable after busy days. The location offered a quiet atmosphere that allowed for a relaxing retreat each evening. One thing that could be improved is the availability of pet waste bags outside, as we noticed some areas could use better upkeep.

absolutely terrible experience! the pool was cloudy and cold, and the water level was too low. the pet fee is ridiculous, $25 per night! i expected some compensation for all this, but clearly, that was too much to ask. i almost thought to give a good review, but then i remembered the filthy spa. just awful!
